Patrick Tangney, Chairman
Ove Gusevik Ove Gusevik has a M.Sc. in Econ. History from the London School of Economics & Political Science and is an MBA & Fulbright Fellow from the Monterey Institute of International Studies, California. He was Managing Director Alfred Berg ABN AMRO Norway 2004-06, prior to that he was Managing Director of Corporate Finance at First Securities 1990-2004. He holds the position of Chairman of Simrad Optronics, Vice Chairman of Metallkraft, and is a Board Member of Skagerak Venture Capital, Datum and Nordisk Energiforvaltning.

Jan Tore "JT" Klepp
As an Executive Vice President and Director of Business Development for parent Mobile Holdings, he was responsible for setting up content relationships for the group's wireless platform offerings and 0pening up Greenfield operations internationally. JT also began e-business start-ups in the healthcare sector and oil spill control industry, and has held senior consulting positions with Ernst & Young in ecommerce and corporate finance as well as Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). JT has a Masters in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting from Texas A&M University. |
Patrick received a BA in political economy from Duke University, a JD from Columbia University and was a Fulbright Scholar. Patrick until recently served as a Director in the Investment Banking Division of Citigroup, where he ran the online and mobile content investment banking practice. Patrick has extensive experience as an investment banker working with telecom, media and technology companies in the United States and Europe. Prior to joining Citigroup, Patrick worked as a consultant in the telecom and media practice of McKinsey & Company and as a lawyer specialized in M&A and capital markets at Davis Polk & Wardwell. 
John has an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BS from Florida International University. Currently, he is the President and Co Founder of Moblico, LLC. Previously, he held a number of executive positions for Sprint Nextel, including General Manager of the Mobile Advertising, Mobile Search and Off Portal Services; Director of Planning and Programming; and Director of Data Communications. Prior to joining Sprint Nextel, John was the COO of Crown Greetings Ltd, the mobile content division for Hallmark Cards. John has served on the board of Directors of the mobile marketing association over the past three years.
Amit Pau has an MBA from Henley Management College and a BSc (Hons) Information Systems Design, Kingston University. He is Co Founder of UK based IOS plc. Previously held positions as Managing and Group Director in Vodafone, President e*Business Products Global TeleSystems (GTS), Vice President and Sales Director AT&T and positions in Digital Equipment Corp and IBM. He has also served at various boards, including Vodafone Spain and Goldnet.
