JT Klepp, President & Founder

JT KleppJT has extensive experience in strategic development and consulting in the wireless, technology, e-commerce and banking sectors. As President and Founder of MoConDi, JT has built a thriving content distribution company to a global leader in 3G entertainment content, with 1000+ content partnerships and customers in over 30 countries.  JT is recognized as a leader in the field, and is an active participant in industry forums, as well as having been on CNBC to speak about mobile gaming.

As an Executive Vice President and Director of Business Development for parent Mobile Holdings, he was responsible for setting up content relationships for the group's wireless platform offerings and opening up Greenfield operations internationally. JT also began e-business start-ups in the healthcare sector and oil spill control industry, and has held senior consulting positions with Ernst & Young in ecommerce and corporate finance as well as Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).

JT has a Masters in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting from Texas A&M University.

Arthur Mattousch, CEO

Arthur Mattousch

Arthur Mattousch is responsible for leading MoConDi's European activites and overall Product Management, as well has having the Chief Executive role. During the past 12 years, he has gained extensive strategic consulting and program management expertise advising blue-chip companies in Europe and the US on product innovation and operations management issues.

Prior to joining MoConDi's executive team, Arthur worked for two years as an independent management consultant assisting retailing and technology companies in defining their commercial strategy, restructuring their operations and developing their supply markets. Previously, he worked for six years as a senior manager at A.T. Kearney in their communications & high-tech practice in San Francisco and London.  He started his career as a marketing & sales manager at Akzo-Nobel where he introduced fiber metal laminates to a global aerospace client portfolio.

Arthur holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of California, Berkeley and a Master of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from Delft University of Technology.

Alberto Zárate Guerra - COO/Managing Director

Alberto Zárate GuerraAlberto joined MoConDi in 2004 as a Project Manager. He lead key projects for important mobile operators in the US and Europe, such as Sprint, H3G Italy, Mobilkom Austria, and Vodafone Spain. Two years later, he became the Head of Technology, becoming responsible for leading the efforts of creating and maintaining technical solutions to cope with the market trends and needs of the mobile gaming community. In September 2007 Alberto became the COO/Managing Director of MoConDi, as a natural step in his ascending career in our business.

Before his time at MoConDi, Alberto worked for two years for the Swedish company Cell Network, where he coordinated projects for main customers in the Scandinavian private and public sectors. Previously, he worked for the largest consulting group in Mexico – Softtek, focusing on the development of IT solutions within the banking sector.

Alberto holds a Master in Business Administration from BI Norwegian School of Management, and a Bachelor in Information Systems from the National University of Mexico (UNAM).

Tiziano Tonti, Executive Vice President Sales

Tiziano TontiTiziano heads up MoConDi's global sales team. Prior to joining MoConDi, he was Head of Games at 3 Italy where he built the business from the ground up and successfully managed it for over six years, growing the business into one of the most successful mobile content services in Europe. At 3 he also started their video based content offering, and he managed 3's Sport and News services.

Prior to being with 3 Italy, Tiziano started up Gameloft's Italian subsidiary as a Country Manager. Previously he worked at Microsoft's Italian subsidiary as Senior Games and Hardware Product Manager.

Being member of Italian professional journalists association since 1991, Tiziano also has an extensive experience in working for daily newspapers and weekly magazines specialized in games and sport information.  Tiziano has a Degree in Italian Literature and History from the University of Bologna.

Bruno Gola, Head of Technology

Bruno Gola

Bruno joined MoConDi as Head of Technology. He has an extensive experience in enterprise integration for start-up companies and merger & acquisition phases. As technical architect first and IT director in his last experiences Bruno managed the creation and the integration of BSS/OSS systems in several industries like; telecommunications, banking, products and government entities. His responsibilities also covered the creation of the internal operations processes and the management of the IT organization structure.

Bruno holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Genova in Italy. With his experiences on computer science and project management,  Bruno brings to MoConDi the capability to keep the IT infrastructure and methodology continuously evolving following the business needs.

After graduating, Bruno fulfilled his military service duties as Navy officer, operating as instructor in a Navy school and managing accounts between the Italian and US Navy.

David Bozward, Executive Vice President – Retail Solutions

David BozwardDr. David Bozward is a mobile product manager with over 15 years experience at the forefront of mobile and internet technologies. He holds a PhD in third generation (3G) mobile technology from Aston University in the UK.

During the last 15 years he has developed numerous mobile and internet based services which have been successful launch by mobile operators throughout the world, generating a profile for all parts of the business chain. This ranges from SMS, mobile web, Symbian to J2ME applications.

In his last role he provided product management consultancy for the development of mobile web video distribution, a Symbian application for the purchase of mobile content and a J2ME connected game.

Previous to this, he was Commercial Director and Chairman at Blue Sphere Games. While in this role he developed a distribution network of 120 partners in over 60 countries and was very closely involved in the companies development roadmap.
