Partnership Provides over 7 Million Italian H3G Subscribers Access to Interact with and Share Premium Mobile Content and Earn Credit for Additional Content

The partnership will provide MoConDi's MeYou content sharing application (www.MeYou.com), branded Passa Parola in Italy, to H3G's 7 million subscribers. H3G customers will now be able to recommend mobile content including games from top publishers to their friends through 1-click viral sharing on the Web and mobile phones. Additionally, users of MoConDi's MeYou service, currently numbering nearly one million, can recommend the content to additional users for credit within the application, encouraging further distribution and recommendation.
